At Earth & Essence, we take pride in the quality of our natural skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Some products, such as opened skincare items, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact us at vashia@shopearthandessence.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for the return process.
2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.
3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We will either issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
