Return Policy

At Earth & Essence, we take pride in the quality of our natural skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Some products, such as opened skincare items, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vashia@shopearthandessence.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for the return process.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it.

  • Contact us at vashia@shopearthandessence.com with details and we will provide instructions for an exchange.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

  • We will either issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items
